Section 63-21-28 - [Certificate of title for manufactured home or mobile home manufactured before July 1, 1999]

The Department of Revenue shall issue a certificate of title pursuant to a filed affidavit of ownership substantially similar to the affidavit provided in Section 63-21-30(22) for a manufactured home or a mobile home that is manufactured before July 1, 1999.
