Section 53-1-19 - Rules of procedure before board to be consistent with Title 25, Chapter 43; recording and preservation of proceedingsThe board shall prescribe its rules of order or procedure in hearings or other proceedings before it consistent with Title 25, Chapter 43. The board may provide for the recording and preservation of its proceedings by order entered on its minutes.
