Section 5-8-15 - Investigations of violations of chapter(1) The district attorney of the circuit court of the district wherein an alleged violation occurred shall investigate violations of this chapter.(2) In addition to a district attorney's authority as set forth in subsection (1) of this section, the Attorney General shall investigate alleged violations of this chapter and use all existing powers granted that office in conducting such investigations.
