Section 49-8-13 - Inspections; notification of escape of wild animal(1) Any person possessing wild animals shall allow, at reasonable times and without a search warrant, the department to inspect all wild animals, facilities and records relating to the wild animals to ensure compliance.(2) A permittee shall immediately notify the department and the local law enforcement agency of any escape of a wild animal.
