Section 49-1-12 - Wardens, game wardens, and game and fish wardens designated conservation officers; construction and effect of designation(1) The term "conservation officer" means a law enforcement officer of the department.(2) Wherever the terms "warden," "game warden," or "game and fish warden" appear, the same shall mean conservation officer.
