Section 45-35-71 - Regulation of digital wallet for state agency credentials

The Department of Public Safety shall be the state agency with responsibility for regulating a digital wallet for state agency credentials. The Commissioner of Public Safety may promulgate rules and regulations regarding such digital wallet technology.
