Section 41-21-77.1 - Provision of funds to each community mental health center for designation of court liaisons for counties in its service area

Subject to appropriation by the Legislature, the Department of Mental Health shall provide funding to each community mental health center to allow the center to designate court liaisons for the counties in its service area.

Short title. Section 1 of Laws, 2023, ch. 427, HB 1222 provides: "This act shall be known and may be cited as "The Mississippi Collaborative Response to Mental Health Act.""
