Section 41-19-31 - Board of supervisors may select regional districts

For the purpose of authorizing the establishment of mental illness and intellectual disability facilities and services in the State of Mississippi, the boards of supervisors of one or more counties are authorized to act singularly or as a group in the selection of a regional district by spreading upon their minutes by resolution such designation in conformity with Chapter 427, Laws of 2023.
