Section 29-18-9 - Protection of changing room privacy

Any public education building that maintains a changing facility must, at a minimum, have:

(a) A changing facility designated for exclusive use by females and a changing facility designated for exclusive use by males; or

(b) A single-sex or family-use changing facility.
