Section 25-15-409 - [Repealed] State, municipality, county or fire district required to show proof of insurance coverage meeting requirements of article(1) The state, municipality, county or fire protection district shall, no later than January 1, 2024, show proof of insurance coverage that meets the requirements of this article to the Commissioner of Insurance, or shall show satisfactory proof of the ability to pay such compensation to ensure adequate coverage for all eligible first responders.(2) The Commissioner of Insurance shall adopt such rules and regulations as are reasonable and necessary to implement the provisions of this article.
