Section 19-3-41.1 - Authority of board to contract with Mississippi Transportation Commission for maintenance of state and interstate highways

The board of supervisors of any county may contract with the Mississippi Transportation Commission to perform maintenance on the state highways and Interstate highways in that county and any rights-of-way to such highways.
