Miss. Code § 11-33-47
The defendant's replevin bond may be in the following form, viz.:
"We, ____________________, principal, and ____________________ and ____________________ sureties, bind ourselves to pay ____________________ dollars, unless the said ____________________ shall have forthcoming to abide the judgment of the circuit court of ____________________ County, in the suit by attachment therein pending in which said ____________________ is plaintiff and said ____________________ is defendant, returnable on the ____________________ day of ____________________, ____________________ a certain ____________________ levied on by the sheriff of said county by virtue of said attachment, and valued by him at ____________________, and now restored to said ____________________; or in default thereof shall satisfy such judgment to the extent of the value of said property, to replevy which this bond is given.
