Section 103D.735 - HEARING ON PETITION AND REPORTS(a) The managers shall order a final hearing by 35 days after: (1) the engineer's report is filed;(2) the appraisers' report is filed; and(3) the director's advisory report and the board's advisory report are filed or the time for that filing has expired.(b) The order for a final hearing must set a time and place within the watershed district for a hearing upon the petition or resolution and reports.
