Section 325O.11 - [As Added by 2024Minn. Laws, ch.121] [Effective 7/31/2025] PREEMPTION OF LOCAL LAW; SEVERABILITY(a) This chapter supersedes and preempts laws, ordinances, regulations, or the equivalent adopted by any local government regarding the processing of personal data by controllers or processors.(b) If any provision of this chapter or the chapter's application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected.Added by 2024 Minn.
