Section 260C.519 - FURTHER COURT HEARINGSOnce a permanency disposition order has been made, further court hearings are necessary if:
(1) the child is ordered on a trial home visit or under the protective supervision of the responsible social services agency;(2) the child continues in foster care;(3) the court orders further hearings in a transfer of permanent legal and physical custody matter including if a party seeks to modify an order under section 260C.521, subdivision 2;(4) an adoption has not yet been finalized; or(5) the child returns to foster care after the court has entered an order for a permanency disposition under this section.
