Section 256P.001 - APPLICABILITY

General assistance and Minnesota supplemental aid under chapter 256D, child care assistance programs under chapter 142E, and programs governed by chapter 256I or 256J are subject to the requirements of this chapter, unless otherwise specified or exempted.
