Section 256D.63 - [Renumbered Effective 7/1/2024] EXPIRATION OF SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BENEFITS AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTSSubdivision 1. [Deleted by 2023 amendment].Subd. 2.SNAP reporting requirements. The commissioner of human services shall implement simplified reporting as permitted under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, as amended, and the SNAP regulations in Code of Federal Regulations, title 7, part 273. SNAP benefit recipient households required to report periodically shall not be required to report more often than one time every six months. Amended by 2023 Minn.
