Section 252.021

Subdivision 1. Scope.

For purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given.

Subd. 2. Executive board.

"Executive board" has the meaning given in section 246C.015.

Subd. 3. Related condition.

"Related condition" has the meaning given in section 252.27, subdivision 1a.
