Section 245A.146 - [Effective 7/1/2024] CRIB SAFETY REQUIREMENTSSubdivision 1. Crib safety requirements . The commissioner and all licensed children's residential facilities, substance use disorder treatment programs with children in care, and residential habilitation programs serving children with developmental disabilities must follow the requirements of section 142B.45.
