Section 181C.10 - [As Added by 2024Minn. Laws, ch.127] STATEWIDE REGULATIONSNotwithstanding any other provision of law and except as provided in section 181C.09 no local governmental unit of this state may enact or enforce any ordinance, local law, or regulation that:
(1) regulates any matter relating to transportation network companies or transportation network company drivers addressed in section 65B.472 or chapter 181C; or (2) requires the provision of data related to section 65B.472 or chapter 181C. Added by 2024 Minn. Laws, ch. 127,s 17-11, eff. 5/25/2024.
