Section 59A.05 - REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSESThe commissioner may after a hearing revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew the license of any licensee if it appears to the commissioner that:
(a) the license was obtained by fraud;(b) there was any misrepresentation in the application for the license;(c) the holder of the license is untrustworthy or incompetent to finance insurance premiums, or is involved in any fraudulent, dishonest or deceptive practice; or(d) the licensee has violated any of the provisions of sections 59A.01 to 59A.15 or rules adopted pursuant to sections 59A.01 to 59A.15.1974 c 353 s 5; 1986 c 444
