Section 97C.845 - INTERFERENCE WITH COMMERCIAL FISHING
A person may not:
(1) knowingly place or maintain an obstruction that will hinder, prevent, or interfere with a licensed commercial fishing operation;(2) remove fish from nets licensed under the game and fish laws; or(3) knowingly damage, disturb, or interfere with commercial fishing nets.
