Section 214.109 - RECORD KEEPING(a) A board may take administrative action against a regulated person whose records do not meet the standards of professional practice. Action taken under this paragraph shall not be considered disciplinary action.(b) Records that are fraudulent or could result in patient harm may be handled through disciplinary or other corrective action.
