Section 115A.9152 - TRANSPORTING USED LEAD ACID BATTERIES(a) A person who transports used lead acid batteries from a retailer must deliver the batteries to a recycling facility.(b) A person who violates paragraph (a) is guilty of a misdemeanor. The failure to deliver each used lead acid battery to a recycler is a separate violation.
