Subd. 7.Names of persons; rejected absentee ballots.

The names of voters who have submitted an absentee ballot to the county auditor or municipal clerk that has not been accepted

must be available to the public in the same manner as public information lists in section 201.091, subdivisions 4, 5, and 9.

Subd. 8.Names of persons; accepted absentee ballots.

For all elections where use of the statewide voter registration system is required, the secretary of state must maintain lists of voters who have submitted absentee ballots that have been accepted, separated by method of ballot delivery. For all other elections, the county auditor or municipal clerk must maintain a list of voters who have submitted absentee ballots that have been accepted. The lists must be available to the public in the same manner as public information lists in section 201.091, subdivisions 4, 5, and 9.

Subd. 9. Names of persons; permanent absentee voters. The secretary of state must maintain a list of permanent absentee voters. The list must be available to the public in the same manner as public information lists in section 201.091, subdivisions 4, 5, and 9.
Subd. 10. Names of persons; absentee ballot applications. The names of voters who have submitted an absentee ballot application to the county auditor or municipal clerk must be available to the public in the same manner as public information lists in section 201.091, subdivisions 4, 5, and 9.
Subd. 11. Names of persons; early voting.

The secretary of state must maintain a list of voters who cast a ballot using the early voting procedures established in section 203B.30 for all elections at which those procedures are used. The list must be available to the public in the same manner as public information lists in section 201.091, subdivisions 4, 5, and 9.
