Section 127A.095 - [Effective 8/1/2024] REPEALER; FEDERAL EDUCATION LAW IMPLEMENTATION REPORT

Subdivision 1.Continued implementation.

The Department of Education shall continue to implement the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act without interruption.

Subd. 2.

[Repealed by amendment, 2016 c 189 art 25s 39]
