Section 35.815 - LIVESTOCK MORTALITIES(a) Notwithstanding any other law, the executive director of the Board of Animal Health is responsible for the regulation and oversight of the disposal of livestock mortalities due to animal disease.(b) Notwithstanding any other law, the executive director of the Board of Animal Health is responsible for the regulation and oversight of livestock mortality disposal due to nondisease causes to protect animal health and the environment. The board shall, in cases where the disposal may adversely affect ground or surface water, seek the input of the Pollution Control Agency.
