Section 18C.225 - MISBRANDED PRODUCTSSubdivision 1.Sale and distribution prohibited.A person may not sell or distribute a misbranded fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment.
Subd. 2.Factors causing misbranding.A fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment is misbranded if:
(1) it carries a false or misleading statement on the container, on the label attached to the container; or(2) false or misleading statements concerning the fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment are disseminated in any manner or by any means.
