Section 764.5 - Taking recognizance for arrested person's appearance before magistrate of judicial circuit in which offense charged to have been committed

The magistrate may take from the person arrested, a recognizance with sufficient sureties, for the person's appearance within 10 days before a magistrate of the judicial district in which the offense is charged to have been committed.
