Section 750.493e - Jumping or diving from public bridge or overpass as misdemeanor; effective date of section(1) A person shall not jump or dive from a public bridge or overpass.(2) A person who violates subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor.(3) This section shall not take effect until April 1, 1983.Add. 1982, Act 238, Eff. 4/1/1983.
