Section 750.460 - Acts committed outside state(1) It is not a defense to a prosecution for a violation of this chapter that any part of that violation was committed outside this state.(2) A person who violates this chapter may be tried and punished in any county in which the prostitution was intended to be practiced, or in which the offense was consummated, or in which any overt act in furtherance of the offense was committed.Amended by 2014, Act 331,s 7, eff. 10/16/2014.1931, Act 328, Eff. 9/18/1931 ;--CL 1948, 750.460.
