Section 722.162 - Defenses; liability(1) This act shall not be construed to defeat, deny, or diminish a defense otherwise available to a foster parent or to a foster child in another action.(2) The reimbursement of a foster parent under this act shall not impose any liability on the department of social services or a foster parent.1980, Act 33, Imd.
