Section 600.6021 - Judgments; nonissuance of executionNo execution may issue upon a judgment against:
(1) Any township, village, city, or against the trustees or common council, or officers thereof where the action is prosecuted by or against them in their name of office;(2) Any corporate body or unincorporated board, having charge or control of any state institution;(4) Any county or the board of supervisors or any county officer in an action prosecuted by or against him in his name of office.1961, Act 236, Eff. 1/1/1963.
