Section 500.8199a - Additional chapters and provisions applicable to fraternal benefit societyA fraternal benefit society transacting business in this state and not exempt from the provisions of this chapter under section 8199 is also subject to the following additional chapters and provisions of this act, as applicable:
(b) Chapter 2.
