Section 500.3402e - Blanket disability insurance policies; issuance(1) An insurer authorized to write disability insurance in this state may issue blanket disability insurance policies.(2) An insurer shall not deliver or issue for delivery in this state a blanket disability insurance policy unless a copy of the form of the policy is filed with and approved by the director.(3) A blanket disability insurance policy is subject to sections 3474 and 3474a.Added by 2016, Act 276,s 37, eff. 7/1/2016.
