Section 450.2107 - Definitions; F(1) "Foreign business corporation" means a corporation for profit that is formed under laws other than the laws of this state, that includes in its purposes a purpose for which a corporation may be formed under the business corporation act.(2) "Foreign corporation" means a nonprofit corporation formed under laws other than the laws of this state, if its purpose or purposes are a purpose or purposes for which a corporation may be formed under this act.Amended by 2014, Act 557,s 5, eff. 1/15/2015.1982, Act 162, eff. 1/1/1983.
