Section 445.324 - Remedies; enactment of inconsistent ordinances or regulations(1) The remedies provided under this act are the exclusive remedies for violations of section 4, 7, 8, or 9.(2) A city, village, township, or county shall not enact an ordinance or other regulation that is inconsistent with this act or with a rule promulgated under this act.Added by 2011, Act 15,s 14, eff. 9/1/2011.
