Section 445.622 - Prohibited conduct(1) A person shall not manufacture for the purpose of sale, by use of a direct molding process, a product manufactured by another person without the permission of that other person.(2) A person shall not sell a product manufactured in violation of subsection (1).1982, Act 362, Eff. 3/30/1983 .
