Section 400.718 - Special license; rules(1) A special license may be issued for the duration of the operation of an adult foster care facility if the applicant is a short-term operation.(2) The department may promulgate rules regulating the issuance and duration of special licenses.1979, Act 218, Eff. 3/27/1980 .
