Section 388.1699a - Heroes Circle; programming to support children with social-emotional learning(1) From the general fund money appropriated in section 11, $100,000.00 is allocated for 2023-2024 only to Heroes Circle to expand programming to aid children with social-emotional learning.(2) Notwithstanding section 17b, the department shall make payments under this section on a schedule determined by the department.Added by 2023, Act 103,s 142, eff. 10/1/2023.Repealed. 2009, Act 121, Imd.
