Section 388.1697k - Washtenaw Intermediate School District; Student Advocacy Center of Michigan; statewide family helpline for educational crisis(1) From the state school aid fund money appropriated in section 11, there is allocated $100,000.00 for 2023-2024 only to Washtenaw Intermediate School District to utilize on the Student Advocacy Center of Michigan to support its statewide helpline for families in educational crisis.(2) Notwithstanding section 17b, the department shall make payments under this section on a schedule determined by the department.Amended by 2023, Act 320,s 19, eff. 2/13/2024.Added by 2023, Act 103,s 138, eff. 10/1/2023.
