Section 388.1651d - Federally funded special education programs and services; distribution; payment schedule; "DED-OSERS" defined(1) From the federal funds appropriated in section 11, there is allocated for 2023-2024 all available federal funding, estimated at $71,000,000.00, for special education programs and services that are funded by federal grants. The department shall distribute all federal funds allocated under this section in accordance with federal law.
