Section 388.1878 - Martin Luther King, Jr. - Cesar Chavez - Rosa Parks select student support services program(1) Included in the appropriation for fiscal year 2024-2025 for each public university in section 236 is funding for the Martin Luther King, Jr. - Cesar Chavez - Rosa Parks select student support services program for developing academically or economically disadvantaged student retention programs for 4-year public and independent educational institutions in this state. Preference may not be given to participants on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, gender, or national origin.
