Included in the appropriation in section 236 for fiscal year 2023-2024 for MSU AgBioResearch and MSU Extension is funding for the SEEDSS Initiative. The SEEDSS Initiative is intended to address environmental sustainability of Michigan agriculture and enhance efforts to educate agricultural workers on improving agricultural environmental sustainability. "SEEDSS" is an acronym for Solving Emerging Environmental Developments and Securing Sustainability.
