Section 35.342 - Application; form; completion(1) The application form shall be prescribed by the veterans affairs directorate of the department of veterans and military affairs.(2) The application may be completed by the veteran or the veteran's spouse, brother or sister, children, or grandchildren.2001, Act 181, Imd.
