Section 339.5929 - License not required for employee; application of article 8; exemption(1) An individual in the employ of a licensee is not required to obtain a license.(2) A person that is licensed under article 8 in the classification of hydronic heating and cooling and process piping may install, repair, alter, and remove a residential boiler that is installed in a residence and exempt from this article under section 915 without obtaining a license.Added by 2016, Act 407,s 9-15, eff. 4/4/2017.
