Section 339.735 - Violation as felony; penalty; enforcement(1) A person who violates section 723(1) through (4) is guilty of a felony punishable by a fine of not more than $25,000.00, or imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both.(2) The attorney general or the prosecuting attorney of a county may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce this section and section 601.Amended by 2005, Act 278, s 9, eff. 12/19/2005.Add. 1997, Act 10, Imd.
