Section 339.308 - Promulgation of rules(1) A board shall promulgate rules as required in the article in which it is created as are necessary and appropriate to fulfill its role.(2) A board may promulgate rules to set the minimal standards of acceptable practice for an occupation for which the board is created.1980, Act 299, Imd.
