Section 339.1873 - [Effective 91 days after adjournment of the 2024 Regular Session sine die] Compliance with local, state, and federal laws(1) A licensee or registrant must comply with all local, state, and federal laws that apply to the licensee or registrant.(2) A person may operate a refrigeration facility and a removal service at the same location if all other applicable requirements of this article are met.Added by 2024, Act 107,s 12, eff. 91 days after adjournment of the 2024 Regular Session sine die.
