Current through Public Act 151 of the 2024 Legislative Session
A person who violates this act shall be subject to civil penalties for each violation or each day that a violation continues in accordance with the following schedule:
(a) For a first violation | $ | 2,000.00 |
(b) For second violation | $ | 5,000.00 |
(c) For a third or subsequent violation | $ | 10,000.00 |
